Fixed Price
With such an extensive understanding of NHS IT requirements, we are frequently in a position where we can give a fixed-price quote, which we believe offers a distinct advantage over employing contractors or other suppliers who only offer a daily rate option. In fact, we get very positive feedback about our Service Level Agreements and Support Contracts, written in plain English, and where you can see exactly what you're getting for your money. Part of our philosophy is to make sure we don't give our customers unpleasant surprises with hidden costs. (See price guide for fixed price contracts).

This daily rate is included only to indicate the basis used by Reality to issue a Quotation for Fixed Price work. It is higher than the other rates to reflect the increased risk to Reality that is inherent in undertaking Fixed Price work. The customer will always pay only the amount stated in the written Quotation(s) issued before work commences.

Emergency IT consultancy

This service is available to any customer requiring emergency IT assistance at short notice, and is not limited to the support of our own products.
Minimum charge £400 for first four hours' consultancy per callout.
Time spent beyond the minimum charge period of four hours will be charged at 15 minute intervals, based on the Hourly Rate quoted.
