Reality Products

Support contracts can be offered for all of Reality's standard products and all have the same easy to understand terms and conditions.

Key points of our support contracts include:

  • Four-hour guaranteed response time
  • All patches fully documented
  • Patches are done in a separate area to allow you to test any fixes before release
  • We do not tie you in to a support contract for more than a year at a time.

Bespoke software developed by Reality

Reality can also offer a support contract for any bespoke software that we have developed for you, with very similar terms and conditions to the contracts we offer on our standard products.
